My T4 is not lining up with the form that I downloaded from the Revenue Canada’s Website
When you print the T4 from the Revenue Canada’s Site the option in the Print Scaling in the Print options box make sure it’s selection is at “Fit to Printer Margins”.That should then allow the boxes to be big enough for Simply Accounting to fit on.If it still doesn’t work then you can also change the form in Simply Accounting to print on plain paper.a.       From main menu of Simply Accounting click on Setup, Reports and Forms.b.      Click on Government Formsc.       Click on Federal Payrolld.       For the T4 Summary Printer Settings make sure the Form Type lists the “Plain-Paper Laser & inkjet form”
