SUPPORT SOLUTION:
When you try to use audio or video through the Microsoft Office Live Meeting 2007 console with the Live Meeting service, the Live Meeting client unexpectedly disconnects. If you examine the pwconsole-debug log file, you see the following error entries:[MC] 13:39:40:218 GMT [PID 3176] [THREAD 5376] [W] PWException being thrown: placeware::PWException: HRESULT Exception, Function (unknown function) failed with error code 0×80ee0061. Additional Info: (UccException) (e:\lcssource\se\lcs2007\main\dev\meetingconsole\client\uccparts\sipaudiovideo.cpp: placeware::SipAudioVideoSession::dumpMediaMetrics(), 467)

[MC] 13:56:53:999 GMT [PID 3176] [THREAD 5784] [E] [X-PSOM] WinInet error: The connection with the server was reset (e:\lcssource\se\lcs2007\main\dev\meetingconsole\client\kernel\httpstream.cpp, placeware::HttpStream::Worker::sendRequest, 1411)
Note The pwconsole-debug log file is located in the following folders:

For Windows XP:
C:\Documents and Settings\%userprofile%\Local Settings\TempFor Windows Vista:C:\Users\%userprofile%\AppData\Local\Temp.This problem can occur for two reasons:

If your firewall uses Deep Packet or Stateful inspection.

If your firewall rejects direct Internet connection requests by the client computer with a TCP Reset.
For information about whether your firewall does either of these functions, see the documentation that was included with your firewall..Method 1: Disable Deep Packet of Stateful inspection
2, ‘resolution’);
You must disable the Deep Packet or Stateful inspection feature of the firewall for the following range of IP addresses for the Live Meeting Service. For information about how to do this, see the documentation that was included with your firewall.

64.41.193.0 /24
216.34.51.0/24
204.176.46.0 /24
65.221.5.0/24
94.245.113.0/24
204.79.179.0 /24
216.32.242.0/24
.Method 2: Reconfigure direct Internet connection request handling.
2, ‘resolution’);
To resolve this issue, you should configure the firewall to silently drop direct client requests to the Internet instead of rejecting them with a TCP Reset. For information about how to do this, see the documentation that was included with your firewall..For more information about Live Meeting, visit the following Microsoft Web site:Live Meeting Home Page
