This
article describes the Duet for Microsoft Office and SAP issues that are fixed
in the Duet for Microsoft Office and SAP hotfix package that is dated February
20, 2009.This article describes the following items about the hotfix package:The issues that the hotfix package fixes.The prerequisites for installing the hotfix

Outlook may consume 100 percent of the CPU usage when Duet for Microsoft Office
and SAP is installed.
Duet for Microsoft Office and SAP displays errors after
a meeting request is sent and a third-party add-in is installed.
When you print bound Duet items in Outlook, extra
fields and extra data are included. This may result in unnecessary pages.

A supported hotfix is available from Microsoft. However, this hotfix is
intended to correct only the problems that are described in this article. Apply
this hotfix only to systems that are experiencing the problems described in
