This article describes the Microsoft Content
Management Server 2002 issue that is fixed in the hotfix package that is dated
April 28, 2009..Issue that is fixed by this hotfix

You upgrade Microsoft SQL Server 2000 to Microsoft SQL Server
2005. In SQL Server 2005, it takes much longer time to load the revision
history than in SQL Server 2000..Hotfix information
