Consider the following scenario:
You run a Microsoft BizTalk Server 2009 application that uses the Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 Service Pack 1 (SP1).In the application, a BizTalk map transforms files that are processed by another process. For example, the BizTalk map transforms files that are processed by a SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) job.The BizTalk map contains many inline script functions that are created by using the Microsoft Visual Basic Scripting Edition (VBScript) language.In this scenario, a Microsoft.XLANGs.Core.XTransformationFailureException exception may occur. And, you receive the following error message:The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process..This problem occurs because the Visual Basic compiler (vbc.exe) tries to write to a temporary file while another process is holding a read lock on the file..Hotfix information
