SUPPORT PROBLEM: A “Not implemented” error occurs when you run a basic source control command for a BizTalk Server 2009 project in the Visual Studio 2008 IDE that uses Visual SourceSafe 2005

SUPPORT SOLUTION:
You use Microsoft Visual SourceSafe 2005 in Microsoft Visual
Studio 2008. In the Visual Studio IDE, you open a Microsoft BizTalk Server 2009
project. When you run a basic source control command, you receive the following error
message:Unexpected error
encountered. It is recommended that you restart the application as soon as
possible.Error: Not implemented File:
vsee\pkgs\vssprovider\csolutionnodebase.cppLine number: 2111For
example, you receive the error message when you right-click a file and then
select Check Out for Edit in Solution Explorer. However,
you can still run the command successfully even though the error occurs.
.This problem occurs because of an issue in the Visual
SourceSafe 2005 provider..Hotfix information

supported hotfix is available from Microsoft. However, this hotfix is intended
to correct only the problem that is described in this article. Apply this
hotfix only to systems that are experiencing this specific problem.

The dates and times for these files are listed in Coordinated Universal Time
