When you try to access Microsoft Online services or the Microsoft Online Web site by using Microsoft Internet Explorer, you receive the following error message: Network Access Message: The page cannot be displayed.This issue occurs because Internet Explorer uses an ISA proxy server that prevents access to Microsoft Online services or to the Microsoft Online Web site..To resolve this issue, use one of the following methods:•Check whether Microsoft Online services or the Microsoft Online Web site can be accessed from a different computer or from a different location outside the network.•Contact the network administrator..To work around this issue, add *.microsoftonline.com to the Internet Explorer proxy exception settings. To do this, follow these steps:1.Close all browser windows that may be open.2.Click Start, and then click Run.3.Type the following command in the Open box, and then press ENTER:inetcpl.cpl4.Click the Connections tab, and then click LAN settings in the Local Area Network (LAN) settings area.5.Click to select the Bypass proxy server for local addresses check box in the Proxy server area, and then click Advanced.6.Type *.microsoftonline.com in the Do not use proxy server for addresses beginning with box in the Exceptions area, and then click OK three times. .
