This article describes how to enter a correct birthdate during HealthVault sign up or in the account profile..Customers signing up for HealthVault need to enter birth date information in their account profile. HealthVault Technical Support receives inquiries from customers over the age of 14 having problems entering birth date information in the expected format.
Customers not entering the expected birth date format will receive an error message and will be unable to finalize the sign up process.
There are 2 ways to provide birth date information to an account profile; during sign up when a new HealthVault account is created or when an existing user is updating the birth date field in the account profile.
If you sign up a new HealthVault account, please follow these steps:

Visit http://www.healthvault.com/.
In the top right corner of your browser window, click Sign in.
Click Get started.
Type your e-mail address and then click Continue.
Fill out the form. Create your Windows Live ID and then click I accept.
In the Create Account window, type your information.
In the Birth date field, either click on the calendar button next to the date field, or type your birth date by using the format month/date/year. For example, type 1/31/1982.
If you have an existing account, please follow these steps:

Visit http://www.healthvault.com/.
In the top right corner of your browser window, click Sign in.
On the Records tab, click the Edit Profile link.
In the Birth date field, either click on the calendar button next to the date field, or type your birth date by using the format month/date/year.
