This article describes the Microsoft Content
Management Server 2002 issue that is fixed in the hotfix package that is dated
April 28, 2009..Issue that this hotfix package fixes

You install hotfix 956631. When you select a blank
database in the Database Configuration Application (DCA), and you populate a
schema into that database, the hotfix update is not applied to the database.
However, the update table contains the latest update label..Hotfix information
