You receive the error message "All faxes for selected contacts failed. Be sure all contacts have a fax number," when trying to mail merge to fax.

To select your fax software:
Launch ACT!, opening a database.
On the Edit menu, click Preferences. The Preferences dialog appears.
Under the General tab, in the Default applications section, click either Microsoft Fax or WinFax in the Fax software drop-down list.
Note: ACT! 6.0 supports only WinFax Pro 9.x or above. However, WinFax Pro 10.02 will not function with ACT!
Click OK to close the Preferences dialog box and save the setting.
