When performing a Mail Merge using a template from a previous version of ACT!, the resulting document displays field names instead of contact information.

This is caused by using a template from a previous version of ACT! that has not yet been converted to the ACT! 2005 or later format. All pervious version of ACT! templates
will need to be converted to use in ACT! 2005 or later. For instructions on how to convert your templates, please refer to the appropriate Knowledge Base Answers:
