PRC_DEL_ORPHANED_DATA:ERROR DELETING ACTIVITY
The statement has been terminated.
This error can result after attempting to delete an Activity. If the activity is not completely removed or the deletion does not proceed correctly, the database can be corrupted.
You may be able to resolve this issue by following the steps below to remove older activities from your database:
Click the Tools menu, point to Database Maintenance, and then click Remove Old Data. The Remove Old Data dialog box appears:
In the Remove from database section, enable the Cleared activities older than option, set the days counter to 0, and then click OK. The following Remove Old Data dialog box appears:
Take note of how many cleared activities will be purged, and then click Yes. A Working progress indicator appears as the data is removed and the following ACT! message appears when the process is complete.
Click OK. You may be prompted to perform a re-index of the database. If so, click Yes.
Click the Tools menu, point to Database Maintenance and then click Check and Repair. The following ACT! dialog box appears:
Ensure that both the Integrity Check and Re-index options are enabled, and then click OK. A progress indicator appears, followed by a confirmation message.
Click OK to complete the process.
If this does not resolve the issue, you can restore the most current backup of your database (created before the damage occurred).
If you do not have a current backup, in most cases this issue can only be repaired through the ACT! Database Services, Database Repair service. However, you can attempt to repair the database by using the procedures in the following Knowledge Base Answer:
