In Microsoft Office Accounting Professional or in Microsoft Office Accounting Express, after you click Manage Word Templates on the Company menu, the Customers menu, or the Vendors menu, there are no preformed templates available for modification in the Manage Microsoft Word Templates dialog box. Therefore, you have to create a new template..To resolve the problem, reinstall or repair Accounting Professional or Accounting Express. To do this, use one of the following methods:.Method 1

Insert the original installation CD into your drive, and then either reinstall or repair the installation.
