The ACT! SQL Database Record Counts program is designed to provide you with a
count of Contacts, Companies, and Groups with their
associated data of the
selected database. The following is a list of data that is reported:

Contact Record Types
Company Record Types
Group Record Types

Primary Contacts
Parent Companies
Groups

Secondary Contact
Company Divisions
Subgroups

My Records
Company Addresses
Groups Addresses

Note: This program is compatible with ACT! by Sage 2005 - 2008 all versions.

You can download the ACT! SQL Database Record Counts program from the
Attached
Files section near the end of this Answer. Use the following steps:

Right-click the ACT! SQL Database Record Counts file
near the bottom of this Answer, and then click Save Target As. A Save As dialog appears.
Browse to your desktop (or the desired location), and then click Save.

How to use the ACT! SQL Database Record Counts program:

Double click the ACT! SQL Database Record Counts icon. The ACT! SQL
Database Record Counts launches.

Click the Start button. The following Select Database dialog box
appears.

Click the gray rectangle next to the desired database. This line is
highlighted.

Note: If you select a non ACT! Contact database from the Select Database
dialog box the following message will appear.

Click OK. The main ACT! SQL Record Counts dialog box return with the
database data displayed.

If you would like to review the counts of another database, simply click
the Start button again or click Exit to close.
