You want to print envelopes from a specific tray. You modify the envelope template, and set the tray correctly. However, when you try to print, the printer does not look in that tray, but asks you to insert an envelope.

ACT! is not overriding the printer’s default tray setting. We are not always able to override that setting. This has been seen on a IBM (now Lexmark) 4039 Laser Printer.
