You want to print the ACT! Fax Cover Page document and manually fax it. After ACT! prints the document, you are asked if you want to print an envelope.

This issue will occur when you have your ACT! Preferences configured to print envelopes when printing letters. To work around this issue, follow the steps below:

Click No on the prompt to create the envelope.
Click the Edit menu, and then click Preferences. The Preferences dialog appears.

Under the General tab, clear the When printing letters, prompt to print an envelope option (as illustrated above).
Click Apply, and then click OK to close the Preferences dialog.

The program will no longer prompt you to print an envelope when printing you fax cover page.
