You are trying to perform a mail merge, with the output set to E-mail. When you click OK, you receive the message, "The current contact does not contain a valid e-mail address."
This may happen if the email addresses were imported instead of entered manually. You will have to re-enter them. This can be done by directly entering the address in the E-mail ID field, if you are using a layout such as Contact 2. If the layout you are using does not have the E-mail ID field, choose the View menu and then select E-mail addresses. Click Add and enter the address, making sure that the Internet option is selected.
