You are attempting to create a copy of a database. At some point in the process after choosing the File menu and then choosing Save As, ACT! appears to have stopped responding.

Check to see if the mouse still responds to movement. If it does, ACT! is probably still working. ACT! saves the My Record first, which can take a few minutes on some computers. Let ACT! keep running for a while before you stop it. If ACT! does not respond after several minutes, or if the entire system has stopped responding, restart the computer When you start ACT!, compress and reindex the database before trying to copy it again.
